How I Coach It: Rows
I think most good fitness programming has rows. For me, I program a row exercise in ever day of every client’s program I work with.
Why?
Posture, upper back strength, muscle growth, strong arms, that ‘I lift’ look in t-shirts….
Some reason’s more valid than others, but they’re all reasons nonetheless.
