What you’ll get with Personal Training:
First and foremost, you’ll be working with an actual human being to help you with the following…
A new client “Welcome Week” complete with
An individual movement screen. This helps me understand your current movement and any movement or previous injury limitations that need to be considered in your workout program.
Client QnA questionnaire. Questions range from your training background, health history, current and future goals, and of course, what your gym set up and access looks like.
A 1 on 1 consultation by Phone, Face Time, or Zoom.
During this time we will review your movement screen and client QnA answers. This call typically lasts anywhere from 20-45 minutes.
Individualized workouts.
After the two steps above, you will receive your first program within 24 hours through my coaching app, TrainHeroic. The first two weeks of training are very important as we will work to dial in your workouts and workout schedule so that BOTH fit your goals and availability.

Weekly check-ins
These check-in’s serve as coaching checkpoints to see if your program needs any tweaks or adjustments for the upcoming week.
Monthly end of program success recap
Sent to you during the final week of your workout program, this form takes YOUR feedback and interests to make sure the next wave of workouts is progressive and what YOU want to do. You are 100% a part of this process!
A monthly 1:1 coaching call
These 1:1 calls are a great chance to talk about your training, successes, and challenges, to make sure you’re feeling good about your training and progress.
