How I Coach It: All Things PLANKS

The plank is a movement that often gets taken for granted. It’s super popular for its effectiveness without much load, but yet, people often overlook this staple movement as a key to unlocking future exercise.

In this video I talk about the progression I use with clients. Starting with a hardstyle plank to build tension, working to a ‘base position’ set up, and then when and where to add weight, this video covers it all!

After this video you should feel really good about where your hand position goes in a plank, how to breathe during exercise, and when and where to add weight to your plank.
