1-on-1 Personal Training

Price: $600 for 8-sessions Or $85 a la carte

In-Person personal training is great for those who need that extra layer of acountability, the appointment and Personal Trainer with you to make sure you are performing everything correctly, answering your live-time questions, and providing ample feedback throughout the training session.

Each 60-minute training session is written specifically for you. With your goals in mind, plus your movement capabilities and comfort, 1-on-1 personal training is the option for those looking for the intimacy and direct communication behind their fitness goals and aspirations.

Please note, all 1-on-1 sessions are scheduled by appointment

 

Hybrid Personal Training

Price: $99/ Month with 3 Month Commitment Required

This is the way Personal Training is supposed to be. Hybrid Personal Training is Purposeful Strength’s flagship offering.

Created to be done as a remote program of fully comprehensive in-person coaching program, Hybrid Personal Training provides:

  • A monthly workout program delivered to you in my (free) app that matches your schedule and time allotment to train.

  • A workout program that optimizes the equipment available to you OR the equipment you enjoy using.

  • Coaching communication to help you identify future obstacles and work through any current obstacles that may appear.

  • A discounted In-Person Personal Training rate that allows you to effectively train with a Personal Trainer as well as on your own, saving you time and money.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does 1:1 training charge per each workout?

A: If you choose the individual a la carte personal training option (as opposed to a training package) or are adding 1:1 sessions to the Hybrid session, you will be charged when you book your training session.

Q: Do I need to have certain equipment to utilize the Hybrid Personal Training program?

A: Nope. We start to work together, one of the things we dive in to is your access to equipment. Whether you’re training in your home gym, apartment/condo gym, or a full commercial gym, whatever you have access to (and like to use!) is what I will write your workout program with.

Q: How do you coach me through exercise movements in the Hybrid program?

A: Within the Hybrid Personal Training program EVERY movement in your workout has a detailed coaching video that shows me coaching the movement exactly how I would explain it to you as if I was right next to you!

Q: Is there a long-term commitment?

A: Hybrid Personal Training requires a 3-month commitment and 8-sessions of personal training has a 3-month expiration to those sessions.
